Our terms for payment are – at the time of ordering a payment is to be made via Stripe account- or direct debit.
Please see delivery options in shipping choices. Our shipping options are Australia Post and Toll freight. We endeavor to ship ASAP and rely on our freight forwarders to treat the shipments with due care and responsible timelines. Where possible we will have tracking methods in place. The chosen freight company is responsible for any damages and losses. The ownership of damage and loss belongs to the customer if they don’t take possession on delivery. Eg: If a customer has provided consent to leave a parcel at the front door and the parcel goes missing our business will not be responsible for replacing said parcel/package.

Refunds & Returns
The customer has rights under the ACL if our goods do not meet consumer guarantees. The customer, when ordering fresh seafood/cooked lobster and live lobster must state the day and approx time for delivery or pickup. The fresh seafood/cooked lobster and live lobster will be package in styrene boxes with ice/gel pak to keep the products cold during transit. Live lobster is packaged in woodwool/newspaper with a gel icepack and is sent to China over a period of 24-30 hours and the lobster are still live, so within Australia, overnight with Toll should not be a problem. Once delivered the products must be unpacked by the customer and refrigerated immediately or if live, must be tanked in a salt water environment. Any complaints must be acted on immediately by either ringing Sky Seafoods or emailing directly. Customer must have proof of purchase and be responsible for shipping costs if returned for refund.
We do not offer change-of-mind refunds.
